Yesterday was a special day to many, and we enjoyed a nice lunch at PF Chang's with my mom and dad (Callie's Mimi and Papa), then we walked the Riverwalk and did a little shopping. Callie was glued to my dad and her daddy all day..it was too cute!!!!

"Army Crawling" Everywhere!!!!

I've lost about 5 lbs today (which I'm not complaining about) chasing after Callie girl!!!! She has decided to "army crawl" the entire house~~~I couldn't help but to take alot of pics of her doing it..it was too cute and she laughed the entire time!!!

Jeff and I have been very blessed when it comes to Callie sleeping and taking naps. She doesn't fuss when it's time to go down for either...bedtime is 7:00-7:30 p.m. and she sleeps until 7 a.m. Naptime is from 9:30-11:00 and 12:30ish - 2ish. daily. When she wakes, she's very happy and content...she smiles, laughes, and giggles. Here are 2 pics from today when she woke from her nap...she was playing hide and seek with me...now that we've lowered her mattress, she can see me come in the room..it's toooo cute! I love you, my sweet angel!

We got a little baby pool for the Cal girl to splash around in. She loves the water, and I'm trying to convince my sweet hubby to build us a POOL!!!! Anyhow, here are some pics from yesterday afternoon...we had a nice time relaxing outside and watching C play and splash!

Where has the last 9 months gone?!?!?!?!!!!! I feel like I just had Callie yesterday..she is getting too big and growing up way too fast! Callie is tall, just like her daddy; although, she is not "pulling up" yet, we know the time is coming, so the Dr. suggested we "drop" the bed...yes, we dropped the bed on Wed. night~~I was sad and wanted to cry~~what happened to my little baby?????

Callie has been going to child care at the YMCA for about 1 1/2 hrs/day so I can workout, and she can get acclimated to a child care setting and interact with other babies her age. She is having fun and loves going!!!!

9 month well check

Ms. Callie Nicole is doing GREAT!!! She weighs 22 lbs and is 28 3/4 inches long. Callie is very alert, happy, healthy, thriving, and doing well. She is right on target and her bloodwork came back normal. She had fun rolling around and army crawling on the doctor's table today..she tore up the paper, threw the throat stick at the nurse, then had a temper tantrum...MS. ATTITUDE! Like I said earlier...Boot Camp 101 HERE WE COME!!! Anyhow, here are a few pics from our visit...

Yesterday afternoon, we had our friends and their babies over to watch the LSU game (GEAUX TIGERS)!!! While the men were upstairs in Jeff's "man room," the girls had a little playdate with the babies. Also, Callie took her first "co-ed" bath last night with her little boyfriend, Laykin...it was too cute!

These past 9 months have been the best! We're enjoying every little second with Callie girl. She is quite a ham and diva~~an exact replica of her momma!! Her smile lights up an entire room, her personality is very bubbly and precious, she LOVES her daddy and every word is da da and daaaaaaadee. She is "army crawling" and "swimming"....she hasn't "technically" crawled yet, but gets up on her knees and rocks back and forth. She is a little angel, and we love her dearly. My Birthday Day and Dinner

Callie and Daddy (Jeff) gave me a dozen pink roses and took me to Shogun Japanese Grill & Sushi for some yummy food and wine~~we had a great time, Hibachi style, and Callie really enjoyed seeing the little guy cook with the huge fire and flames and the funny show. Thank you, Callie and Jeff, for making today very special. I love you with all my heart!!!!

Another thanks to my mom, Mimi, for taking us to lunch and shopping today; Callie and I had a wonderful time and we just love and appreciate all that you do for us...we love you with all our hearts!!!! Hugs and Kisses!!!
