Callie's 6 month well-check

I'm sad to say that I was unable to bring Callie to her 6 month checkup...I'm very sick; the little flu bug attacked me; however, I'm so blessed to have my mom, Mimi, only 8 minutes away. She has been an angel this week and a tremendous help to me, Jeff, and the Cal girl.

Mimi took Callie girl today to Texas Children's, and the little priss is THRIVING! She is 18 lbs 7.2 oz and is 28 inches long. She is a cute little chunka monk!! Everything checked out fine on Ms. Callie and she was laughing and laughing at the doctor. Poor thing wasn't all laughs after her round of shots, though; however, she has been a trooper all day!

Callie, mommy can't believe how big you're getting...I just love you so much, and I'm sorry I wasn't there for you today...I'm hoping you don't get this nasty bug!!!!

Thank you, Mimi, for all you've done! You go above and beyond and we just love you!

Oh, one more thing...Ms. Callie drank water from her sippy cup today...the 1st time ever..go Callie girl!!!
