Merry Christmas!

We hope everyone had a very merry, happy, and blessed Christmas. I know it's been a long time since I've last blogged, but it's a little tough juggling a very active and sassy 15 month old, being a mommy, wife, and teaching 1st grade. Here are some pics over the last week since I've been home with Callie for the holidays. I'm loving my time with her...I have more pics to download, but I will do later when I have some more time. Yesterday we spent the day inside putting up the tree and decorating it. Callie really enjoyed it and much to my surprise, she didn't touch the tree...she only sits by it in her rocker.

My addiction!

CANDLES!!!! Our entire home is filled with candles; even Callie's room!! My favorite is Gold Canyon, and I must thank my friend, Heidi, for introducing me to this wonderful line of candles; Gold Canyon provides The World’s Finest candles, candle scents, home décor and environmentally friendly home cleaning products. I just love Gold Canyon, I can order online, and they are shipped directly to my house within 3-4 days. Anyhow, if I'm not spending money on makeup, Callie, or supplies for my classroom..then, it's CANDLES!!!

Can't forget about Birds of Paradise from Circle E..still one of my old time favorites..I have to buy 1/week..I even bought 1 for Jeff's office

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our wonderful family and friends. God has truly blessed us in this life, and we give HIM praise, glory, honor, and thanks for all of HIS many blessings.

I had this week off, so I was looking forward to traveling to Houma, LA to be with my family and friends. Jeff left on Sunday, and I was leaving on Tuesday with my parents. However, Ms. Callie girl came down with an ear infection and sinus/bacterial infection. I wasn't about to travel 6hrs with her; although, we really needed to go in to see Jeff's mom. I decided to stay back in TX with Callie girl so she could recover; thank God I had this week off from school so I could care for her. I must say I've been blessed this week because I've had some good 'ole quality Callie girl bonding/mommy time which I truly miss since I've been back at work. She and I have stayed in our PJ's, cooked dinner, played tea, read books, practiced our "sight words", did puzzles, etc. I've been lonely for my family, but God rewarded me with some amazing time with my precious angel; Thank You, God!!!!! Happy Thanksgiving to all!!! We love and miss you!!! God Bless!

The Princess is finally walking!

Ms. Callie turned 14 months and she finally started walking! It is precious..she waddles like a penguin. She walks to me and says, ohhhhhhh momma!

Goose's Acre, Town Center, and Market Street Sunday Fun!

The Woodlands is gorgeous with lots of fun things to do; we LOVE living here. Last weekend, the weather was gorgeous, so we took off to the waterway, had lunch on the river at Goose's Acre, then played at Town Center, then shopped at Market Street.
