A little bit of heaven

Jeff sent me to the spa yesterday for a day of pampering. I arrived at 9 a.m. and changed into a very comfty robe, then relaxed until my massage therapist came for me. I had an hour massage, which felt great because my back has been hurting lately due to the "extra weight" during pregnancy and carrying my 15 lb 4 month old everywhere since she suffers from a serious case of arm-itis!!! Next, I had an hour long spa mani and pedi...heavenly!!!! After my nails and toes dried, I headed to a relaxation room for 30 minutes and I meditated and thought about the last 2 yrs (I will do a blog about the last 2 yrs of my life-crazy)! Last, I finished with a 90 minute spa facial...OMG-heaven!!! I was able to escape "REALITY" for 4 hrs yesterday while Jeff watched the Cal girl. Thank you, Jeff, for sending me to heaven yesterday. I appreciate all that you've been doing for me and Callie...you are amazing! I love you with all my heart!

Well, I came back to "REALITY" and had a nice visit from a dear friend of mine, Shannon! Shannon lives in Clear Lake and teaches school in Dickinson, so it is difficult for her to get to The Woodlands, and I have not made any "long" trips with Callie around Houston. I really enjoyed my visit with her, and Callie just loved her...how chould she not?? Shannon, you are a beautiful person; full of life, love, and faith. Your 4th graders are blessed to have you as their teacher, and Jeff is blessed to have you as his wife!!!! I love you and Jeff, and we miss hanging out with you guys~!!!!! Thanks for visiting yesterday! Love you!

After Shannon left, Mimi and Papa came by for a visit. After visiting for about 30 minutes, we headed to Macaroni Grill for supper, and Callie was a doll! (Thank you, Callie). After supper, we all came back to our place to change Cal into her pj's and feed her rice cereal-we had lots of fun and family bonding time! We love you, Mimi and Papa!!! Thanks for everything you do for us....we are very blessed to have you in our lives!
